luk101 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on luk101, accessing the platform, or using any of the services available — including sports betting, slots, live casino, bingo or any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register or continue using the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and luk101. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use luk101, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion from the luk101 platform or have had a previous account terminated for a breach of these terms.

luk101 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on luk101. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses or payment details — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luk101 will close all additional accounts and may permanently suspend the primary account depending on the nature of the violation.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact luk101 support immediately. luk101 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to credential sharing by the account holder.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another individual.
• Account balances are held in PKR. There is no interest accrued on funds held in your luk101 account.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee after that period. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
• luk101 reserves the right to close accounts that remain at zero balance and show no activity for an extended period.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on luk101 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made through supported payment methods will be credited to your account in PKR at the value of the deposit.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as displayed in the cashier section of your account. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your account promptly — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• luk101 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed and the deposit declined.
• luk101 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals where a deposit method has not been previously verified.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. This is a standard procedure to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of a verified request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements on your account.
• Any active bonus balance with pending wagering requirements attached must be completed before a withdrawal request will be approved, unless the bonus is forfeited.
• luk101 may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where the account has not been previously verified.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled or delayed if there is an ongoing investigation into account activity related to suspicious behaviour, potential fraud or breach of these terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

luk101 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date are displayed clearly with each promotion before you claim.
• Bonus funds are separate from your cash balance. Bonus funds are used before real money funds by default unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household, device and IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim welcome bonuses will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses voided.
• luk101 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time. Active bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured within the published terms of that specific offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting errors, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino games, live casino sessions, slots spins and bingo participation are subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market as displayed on the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the server records, the server records will be considered the authoritative version.

• Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and World Cup events — is governed by the specific rules published for each market. In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. Settled bets cannot be reversed unless a clear pricing or settlement error occurred.
• Football, Esports and all other sports betting markets follow the same principle: bets are final once confirmed and the market has closed.
• Slot games, live casino and bingo outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer process respectively. Results are final once a game round is completed.
• In the case of a technical fault during a game round — connection loss, software error or platform disruption — luk101 will investigate and resolve the matter based on server-side data. Rounds that did not complete will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bet cancellations after confirmation are not permitted except where luk101 identifies a clear error in odds or game display.
• luk101 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets or withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of match fixing, irregular betting patterns or collusion.

8 Responsible Gaming

luk101 provides gaming as a form of entertainment. The platform includes tools to help you manage your activity and stay within the limits that work for your personal circumstances. These tools are available directly within your account settings and do not require contacting support to activate.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit. Limits apply immediately and cannot be raised without a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set a time interval after which you receive a reminder about how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luk101. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the betting platform. Any gains made from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods for any deposit or withdrawal.
• Registering multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to bonus farming.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or identity at any point during registration or verification.
